Audit and Compliance Supervisor

Job Summary

The Compliance and Audit Supervisor supports the effective implementation of the organization’s Compliance Management Program, internal audit activities, risk management initiatives, and document control systems. This role ensures that operational practices align with regulatory standards, company policies, and globally recognized frameworks such as ISO certifications. The Supervisor acts as a key liaison between internal departments and the Head of Compliance and Audit to help maintain a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Library Science, Legal Management, or a related discipline.
● At least 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related function, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
● Background in internal or external audit with strong investigative and analytical skills.
● Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable in the Philippines (e.g., Data Privacy Act, DOLE requirements, SEC, etc.).
● Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 standards is an advantage.
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
● Proficient in Google Workspace and document control systems.

Relationship:

  • Internal – Marketing Team, Service Operations, Regional Technical Manager.
  • External – Service Providers and Vendors, Clients.

Educational Background

  • Must be graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any IT- related position.
  • Must have the necessary certification for the service or product being handled.
  • Preferably with MBA.

Knowledge:

  • Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications/design
  • Ability to conduct design reviews with both user and technical personnel
  • Highly developed presentation and report generation skills

Work Experience:

Preferably with at least five (5) years of related work experience in business development, sales and marketing.
