Accelerate Your Business Growth (Let’s Talk)

April 2017

Manila, Philippines – The IT Group, Inc. (ITG), in collaboration with Netsuite, recently concluded a Breakfast Roundtable Discussion event with some of the top Chief Executive Officers in the country.  Held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in the business district of Ortigas, the event focused on the exchange of views on accelerating business growth.  Guests from different industries arrived to share their viewpoints on how these three (3) critical factors – people, processes and the proper use of technologies – impact the positive growth of a company.

ITG further elevated the discussion by bringing in key speakers to the event, as follows:  Mr. Francis Glenn Yu, President and CEO of Seaoil Philippines, graced the event to share the significance of people and values transformation in every company milestone.  In Seaoil, they believe in the principle of “Employee First, Customer Second”.  This is largely attributed from his years of experience in Seaoil which is now the country’s largest independent fuel company successfully pioneering the use of biofuels.

The Director for Product Management at Oracle + NetSuite, Mr. Jan Alvin Pabellon, discussed the leaps in operations and profitability when investments are made in technology and innovation.  He also emphasized that if companies will not innovate and maximize the use of technology, their business might be in the grave in the next few years.  Mr. Pabellon currently manages Netsuite’s product offerings for the Asia Pacific region, driving product localization and compliance initiatives.

Finally, Ms. Rubie Casana-Villamor, ITG’s best-of-breed Solutions Architect in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) presented how optimizing processes in business operations by utilizing technology like Netsuite  is a must in attaining and sustaining business growth.

The event ended with direct consultation sessions of the guests with ITG’s top Solutions Architects.  Ultimately, ITG envisioned the discussion to be a learning platform from the participants so it can come up with spot on solutions to deliver high performing businesses.
