Securing the Future

Safeguarding Modern Apps and APIs for the Modern Enterprise

Tuesday, 28 May 2024 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN
(Bonifacio Global City | Philippines)

Overview of the Event

In a world where 98% of organizations rely on applications to drive their business forward, the need for robust security has never been more pressing. By 2022, 90% of all new apps are expected to embrace the agility of microservices architecture, signaling a shift towards cloud-native technologies and DevOps principles.

You’re on this journey too, migrating from the days of monolithic apps to modern solutions that promise unparalleled agility. But amidst this evolution, a dark reality looms—hackers launch an average of 2,244 attacks per day, striking once every 39 seconds.

The landscape is changing. Gone are the days when code alone was the target. With 40% of web application breaches occurring through APIs, and this number expected to rise to 90% by 20217, traditional security measures fall short. The speed of modern development, coupled with the increasing sophistication of attacks, creates a recipe for disaster.

It’s time for a new approach. A fusion of security and app development—DevSecOps. Imagine seamlessly integrating SecOps application security policies into your DevOps pipeline, without friction. This is the utopia we aim for, where security and agility walk hand in hand.

If these challenges resonate with your organization, then NGINX App Protect could be the missing piece. Our lightweight security solution empowers businesses to launch applications swiftly, without compromising security. By deploying trusted F5 controls close to your apps, NGINX App Protect shields against revenue-impacting attacks, data theft, reputational harm, and regulatory non-compliance.

Join us on a journey towards app security enlightenment. Register now to discover how NGINX App Protect can transform your security landscape and bring DevOps and SecOps teams closer together.

DevSecOps Anywhere:
Deploy Your Software Anywhere

Businesses today are moving to the cloud at unprecedented speeds. Today, cloud seems to be the quintessential way to do business –and for good reason. Going hybrid working means work-related resources will be accessible from anywhere, following the agreed-upon workflow, with several policies enforced. However, it increase risks as areas of attack and vulnerability also increase. With the right tools and best practices, companies can adapt the new normal better, faster, and securely.
