Venturing Together holds a deeper meaning for IT Group, Inc. (ITG). It has been 21 years, and the company continues to grow and succeed. This wouldn’t be possible without the people who keep venturing with us, business partners who support shared goals and beliefs toward digital transformation, and our clients who entrust us with co-creating and co-owning an innovative solution to achieve success for their business endeavors. Today, ITG celebrates another year of milestone of being in the tech industry for 21 years— a true testament to what venture together means to all of us.

This year, we invited key people across the ASEAN region to send their heartfelt messages to all those who contribute to ITG’s success, from the Director of Human Capital Division of Hexagon Group of Companies Kriskyril Lapitan, Managing Director of Malaysia and Singapore VJ Africa, ITG Indonesia Head of Finance and Human Capital Administration Anthon Danuprasetiyo, to the Head of Support Operations Center Allan Ayeras.

Your message to our people, clients, and business partners as we celebrate our 21st anniversary?

Kriskyril: As we celebrate our 21st anniversary, we extend our deepest gratitude to our dedicated employees, loyal clients, and valued business partners. Your unwavering support and trust have been the cornerstone of our success, propelling us forward with each passing year.

We’ve nurtured professional relationships built on integrity, collaboration, and mutual respect. As we look back on our journey, we remain committed to delivering exceptional value to our customers, inspired by the milestones we’ve achieved and the challenges we’ve overcome. Here’s to another year of growth, innovation, and shared success!

VJ: A fellow entrepreneur once told me, “The most important thing in business is to stay in business.” Staying in business for 21 years is not easy, especially in the crazy world of technology, where everything moves at light speed, and disruptive change is the norm.

The successes (and challenges) of the past 21 years can be attributed to three things: our people’s commitment, our partners’ collaboration, and our clients’ trust. We have been blessed with amazing people (top to bottom, end to end), leading technologies (from business solutions to platforms that build solutions), and visionary clients (across industries, big and small). This is the ITG recipe through the years, all 21 of them.

Anthon: I want to give my appreciation to everyone who has been part of this incredible journey for the last 21 years. Your dedication and collaboration have helped us achieve extraordinary things, from clients to business partners and, of course, to our people—our venturers. 

As the Head of Finance and Human Capital Administration here in ITG Indonesia, I’ve seen our organization grow and evolve firsthand. Together, we’ve overcome challenges and laid the groundwork for continued success. Our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction has been the key to our achievements. I’m proud of our team, where everyone’s contributions are valued. I’m excited about the opportunities ahead. Let’s keep working together to reach even greater heights. Allan: Today marks a momentous occasion as we celebrate 21 years of ITG’s journey. I’m filled with gratitude and admiration for everyone who has been part of our continuous and successful journey. Throughout our journey, we have fearlessly ventured into uncharted territories, tackling some of the most complex challenges organizations face today. It is through our collective resilience and determination that we have emerged successful.

Last year, president and CEO Cris P. Gamboa shared a powerful message for everyone, reaffirming that the success of ITG belongs to its people, business partners, and clients who co-create and co-own innovative solutions with us. “Our first win was our first customer outside of our family enterprise. They gave us the confidence to venture ahead. We needed [that] validation [for ourselves] to continue as the software we’ve built was not only usable but, more so, added value to our client. It brought us the succeeding wins,” he said.  

Meanwhile, the Managing Director for PH, Jose “Jop” Adolfo Cornelio, Jr., shared the importance of partnership in venturing together, proving why ITG remains the leading IT Solution Partner. “We are venturing together [with our clients] because we are inheriting part of their business—from them purchasing the solutions to training their people to supporting them when they have problems. They just call us, so it’s a full-cycle [and genuine] partnership [with us],” he said.
