Service Desk Supervisor

Job Summary

The Service Desk Supervisor oversees the Service Desk Engineers and ensures end-users are receiving the appropriate assistance. Responsible for managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of end-user help requests.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelors Degree holder, preferably Accounting, Information Technology, and related courses

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a related position for an IT service and solutions industry
  • Must have at least two (2) years of experience handling and managing a team of at least five (5) people
  • Must have experience in managing ERP solutions (Netsuite, SAP etc)
