Finance Officer

Job Summary

The position supports the Finance Department by performing clerical tasks, including analyzing the monthly consolidated financial reports, clean up the finance books, and records filing and other duties, as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated financial reports.
  • Implement/execute/enforce organization guidelines/policies (OG) for PH FIN.
  • Generate group AR aging reports and coordinate with local HOFs on Group AR reporting to improve ITG working capital.
  • Prepare monthly group cashflow forecast.
  • Implement changes to the system (Oracle NetSuite).

Job Specifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
  • Must be a CPA.
  • With experience in Oracle NetSuite.
  • Strong verbal and written. communication skills.
  • Team player, can handle multiple deadlines and tasks, can perform under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
