In simple terms, Endpoint Central helped administrators automate, standardize, secure and audit their systems. As a result, Personiv’s monthly average handling time improved and was reduced by half, increasing their operational productivity. 

Together with ITG, Personiv upgraded their endpoint management solution to amplify their new normal business transition. The current IT Team found the solution easy to adopt and set up since Endpoint Central integrates seamlessly with ManageEngine’s ITIL Helpdesk  and Asset Management products, as well as other third-party solutions.
